Tibor and his team have built up a reputation for durable first class work.
Over the last two years they have renovated and decorated the rear and front of our Victorian house. This work has included crack stitching with Helibars, pointing, new concrete sills, re-rendering and the repair of falling brick arch. High quality materials have been used, and all the work has been carefully supervised. The finish is impressive.
Tibor is an experienced builder. Before starting each job he has done for us, he has been able to give a clear appraisal of what needs to be done, the different options, and an estimate for the cost of the work. When some unanticipated problem has arisen – for instance after a closer examination of the building that is only possible after the scaffold is up – Tibor has fully consulted about options and cost.
We have always received prompt response to queries and questions via email as the work proceeds.
Tibor and his team take great pride in their work and want their customers to be happy with the result. In our experience Tibor has got an excellent, friendly team and is very conscientious and honest. We are highly satisfied with the work he has done on our house and can recommend the services of his firm.

The ProperTK team did a fantastic job on our commercial frontage. I have and would, highly recommend them for both residential and commercial works. The team were efficient, clean and paid a much higher level of attention to detail than other traders.

It is always a lottery choosing trades people in London, I chose ProperTK based on their website after an internet search; the website and pictures looked professional so I took a chance.
I realised that my instinct had been right when I received the quotation; not only had Gyongyi and Tibor clearly listened to everything I had said during the initial visit, but the quote was very professionally done with every part of the job separately itemised in detail and costed. This impression was only further reinforced by the work itself, the job done exactly to speck, on time and to budget, to high standard and the workmen were clean, punctual and courteous. What particularly impressed me was the pride Tibor and his team take in their work and the way they take pains to do things properly without cutting corners.
We were very pleased with the final result and we would not hesitate to have work done by ProperTK again nor to recommend them to friends.

The team from ProperTK responded immediately to our request for a quote and started the job when we asked them to. Gyongyi, who runs the office, was so professional.
Tibor and his colleague worked really hard to redecorate and restore our study and utility room following water damage. Everything was done efficiently, quickly and with a minimum of mess. Should we need any more painting and redecorating, we shall certainly contact ProperTK for a great result with the minimum of inconvenience.
