All surfaces will be thoroughly prepared by our painters and decorators prior to painting. We will carry out all our work in a respectful manner. We will always try to minimize disruption to your day to day life while the redecorating of your house takes place. We open windows to air out areas, and we are happy to use water based and low-odour paint which are widely available for the trade. Every night before we leave, we vacuum the areas, organize the tools and cover the work area.
Wallpaper Hanging
Wallpaper is now back in fashion, you can have a whole room papered or create a feature wall using your favourite wallpaper. There are 1000s of designs to choose from and we are happy to assist you with colour co-ordinating the paint work. There are lots of different materials, textures and patterns to choose from depending on the room use:
Vinyl Coated or Solid Vinyl Paper
For areas prone to high humidity or heavy traffic. These types of wallpaper are non-breathable and therefore more stain-resistant and easier to clean.
Fabric Wallpaper
Great for bedrooms and living rooms but these varieties are generally non-pasted, so they are more difficult to apply.
Non-vinyl wallpaper
(made from paper fibre) – Washable and easy to apply and remove.
Other Uses For Wallpaper
Wallpaper isn’t only for the walls. You can also use it to liven up a piece of furniture or spruce up the inside of cupboards and drawers.

Tip if choosing your own wallpaper: Make sure to choose wallpaper from the same batch or run number. This ensures that rolls having the same number were made from the same batch for an exact colour match. Mixing wallpaper from other batch numbers can result in slight irregularities because the ink colours may vary slightly.
