Propertk LTD is a company set up to provide a high quality, Painting and Decorating Service to London based clients.
Many of our clients have full time jobs, therefore not able to manage and oversee all details of a complex refurbishment. We can help by managing the project from start to finish. We will co-ordinate plumbers, electricians and other trades to enable the process to be as easy and stress free as possible.
Our painters and decorators who work on your project are professional, committed and well trained. Each has many years of experience and will do the job right the first time. Whether your project is interior or exterior, we promise you a quality workmanship that you will be proud to show to your family and friends.

Propertk LTD believes that quality preparation work is essential to give you the best finish. You will see us spending a vast amount of time on each painting and decorating project with rubbing down surfaces, repairing cracks and smoothing blemishes, ensuring that the surfaces are in the best condition possible for redecorating.
We are able to undertake any large project, there is no job too big when it comes to decorating and maintenance. We are happy to redecorate several rooms, or a hallway, but unfortunately we are unable to undertake very small jobs such as; painting of a single ceiling or a wall or two. If you are unsure on the potential size of your project, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

All our estimates are fully specified and detailed, but simple enough for you to understand. They are calculated following an onsite visit and consultation with the client. Whether it is bedroom redecorating or a large refurbishment project, we will always visit you and provide a FREE, no obligation quote.
By providing legally binding contracts, detailing timescales, budgets and standards we ensure that we give our clients total peace of mind. We will also provide Certificates of insurance.
Respecting Property
We Respect Your Property
We protect all flooring by completely covering it with heavy duty dust sheets which have a waterproof backing or flame retardant correx sheets. We cover all fixtures and furniture, tape areas for painting and vacuum all areas after every job.
